The Dining Room

Most dinners at Theta Xi are formal sit-down meals held daily at 6pm. Members and guests begin gathering around 5:55, and the dinner bell rings at 6pm.  Members are not seated and the meal will not begin until grace has been said and female guests have been seated.  Following the meal, members are encouraged to introduce their guests and make any announcements if needed.

On evenings where our teams compete in sporting events or special activities are planned, the Kitchen steward may declare an "informal" dinner.  This allows members to eat at their convenience.

The dining room offers seating for 48 and during non-meal hours provides a spacious group study atmosphere with a large dry-erase board and cereal dispensors for that late night snack!
